Refund Policy
The short version: 30 days, no questions, no forms. Email us and you get your money back. That's the whole policy.
How it works
- Email hello@ownersbench.com from the address you used at checkout, any time within 30 days of your purchase. One line is enough — you don't need to give a reason.
- We process the refund within 24 hours of your email, personally, through Stripe.
- The money goes back to your original payment method, in the currency you paid. Depending on your bank it appears in 5–10 business days.
What we don't do
No "did you complete every lesson" checks. No exit surveys. No partial refunds or store credit — a refund is always 100% of what you paid. Once refunded, access to the course is closed.
The one limit
One refund per course per person. If you refund a course and buy it again later, the second purchase is final.
A small ask (optional)
If something specific didn't work for you, we'd love one sentence about it. It's genuinely optional and never a condition of your refund.
Your legal rights
This guarantee is in addition to, not instead of, any rights you have under the consumer laws of Mexico or of your own country or state.
