Terms of Service
1. Who we are
Owners Bench is the trading name of Eduardo Isaí Laborín Marín, an individual (sole proprietor) based in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. We sell pre-recorded online video courses and downloadable materials for business owners. Contact: hello@ownersbench.com.
2. What you're buying
Your purchase is a one-time payment for lifetime, personal access to the course listed at checkout: its video lessons, its downloadable files, any exam and certificate the course includes, and future updates to that same course. Access is delivered digitally, immediately after the payment clears, on the confirmation page and by email to the address you gave at checkout.
3. Your account
There is no password. We create your account from the email you used to pay and send you a sign-in link or a one-time code whenever you need to get back in. Keep that email address working; if you need to change it, write to us from the original address.
4. License
Your access is personal and non-transferable. You may use the templates and materials freely inside your own business. You may not share your access link, resell, redistribute, publicly post or republish the videos, the downloadable files or any part of the course. If we detect shared or resold access we may cancel it without refund.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars, with a fixed price in Mexican pesos for cards issued in Mexico. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay; there are no recurring charges. Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's secure page — we never see or store your card number. Cards issued in Mexico can only be charged in pesos; every other card is charged in US dollars. Your bank may add its own foreign-transaction fee; that fee is not ours and we can't refund it.
6. Refunds
Every purchase is covered by a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. Email hello@ownersbench.com from the address you bought with, within 30 days of your purchase, and we refund 100% of what you paid to your original payment method. Full details in the Refund Policy.
7. Educational content, not professional advice
Our courses are educational content based on real experience running a business. They are not legal, financial, tax or accounting advice, and results depend on your own business and how you apply the material. We make no earnings or results claims of any kind. Rules about contacting customers, advertising and data vary by country and state; each course tells you where to check before you automate anything, but confirming compliance for your business is your responsibility.
8. Certificates
Some courses include an exam. If you pass it with the minimum score shown, we issue a certificate of completion with a verifiable code. It is a certificate from Owners Bench and its instructor; it is not an accredited degree or an official qualification of any kind.
9. Availability
We aim to keep every course available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Video is streamed through a third-party provider, and short outages can happen. If we ever discontinue a course, we will give buyers reasonable notice and a way to download its materials.
10. Support
Email hello@ownersbench.com. We reply in writing within 48 hours on business days.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, including the Federal Consumer Protection Law (Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor). Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have in your own country or state.
12. Changes
If we change these terms we will post the new version on this page with a new date. Purchases are governed by the terms in force on the day you bought.
